Brooks Branch will direct Multiple Sarcasms and helmer has set Timothy Hutton, Mira Sorvino, Dana Delany, Stockard Channing and Mario Van Peebles to star in his pic.
Set in New York City circa 1979, the story follows a man stumbling through a series of midlife missteps and deciding to write a play based on his relationships with the women in his life. Just as the play becomes wildly successful, his real life collapses.
