Bill Maher Will Make His Feature Directing Debut

Charlize Theron will star in indie drama Ferris Wheel, starring alongside Nick Stahl, AnnaSophia Robb, Woody Harrelson, Dennis Hopper and Deborra-Lee Furness, says Variety.

Drama follows an 11-year-old girl's struggle to come to terms with her mother's abandonment.

Bill Maher will make his feature directing debut on a script by Zac Stanford. Shooting begins in Canada in November.
