Ridley Scott Talks About a Possible Gladiator Sequel

“I will probably do a sequel to Gladiator”, director Ridley Scott confirmed to Contact Music.

“The only problem is Russell Crowe was such a powerful presence and, of course, Maximus dies at the end [of the first movie]. ”

It seems Gladiator 2, might be in the cards.
