Bertrand Tavernier directs Round Midnight based on James Lee Burke's cult novel In the Electric Mist With the Confederate Dead.

The pic stars Tommy Lee Jones as Burke's detective hero Dave Robicheaux.

Adapted by Jerzy Kromolowski and Mary Olson-Kromolowski and Jones film also star John Goodman, Peter Saarsgard, Ned Beatty, James Gammon, Levon Helm, Kelly Macdonald, Justina Machado, Tom Sizemore and Mary Steenburgen.
