Rule Number One: Start lensing mid-2007. That’s what Kelvin Tong’s planning.

Penned and helmed by Tong, Rule Number One centers on a man who makes emergency calls to the police informing them of something strange in his house.

Variety says, News Corp.'s Fortune Star has pacted with Singaporean shingles Boku Films and Innoform Media to produce Rule Number One, a Mandarin-language action thriller.
