Brett Ratner, who directed Chris Tucker in Rush Hour, will direct acclaimed actor one more time in Mr. S: My Life With Frank Sinatra.
The story is based on a book by George Jacobs and William Stadiem of the same name. Tucker will play Sinatra valet George Jacobs in the feature adaptation.
The story weaves in celebrity anecdotes involving Marilyn Monroe, Peter Lawford, the Kennedys, Ava Gardner, Humphrey Bogart, Mia Farrow, Elvis Presley, Swifty Lazar and Marlene Dietrich, among others. Screenplay will be penned by William Stadiem.
