Hollywood Gang Prods. has optioned the remake rights to the 1978 film The Wild Geese.
The story, which is based on Daniel Carney's unpublished novel The Thin White Line, follws a group of British mercenaries who are contracted to free an imprisoned African leader.
Rupert Sanders has signed a deal with company to direct the remake.
