Herzog Movie Premieres at Munich

Christian Bale starrer pic opens at film fest

Directed by Werner Herzog, the Christian-Bale starrer war drama Rescue Dawn will have its German premiere at the Mu-nich Film Festival.

The pic is based on the Herzog’s 1997 documentary Little Dieter Needs to Fly and tells the fate of a U.S. pilot shot down over Laos during a bombing mission in 1965.

The fest will open on Friday.
