Dandelion Synopsis:
We are shaped by our families... we are shaped by the places we live, and what we see when we look out the window. We carry these influances with us as we grow into adulthood, as we dream of how we want our lives to be and face the reality of how our lives are.
İn this feature debut, Dandelion, director/co-writer Mark Milgard delivers a powerfully authentic look at young love, and a poetic exploration of how love romantic, filial, platonic-frees and heals. Dandelion is the story of Mason Mullich, a teenegar coming of age in a world love seems to have gone missing, where families exist in fragmented silence and change feels all but impossible. Then Mason meets a girl named Danny, and their soulful connection gives him a glimpse of a life beyond what he has ever known. He begins to look inside himself for answers to the questions that have long tormented him. What he discovers is that love is not only possible, but that it is everywhere; that we may not always be able to choose who we love, but how we love is our choice to make. |
